Description
Product Brief
JANCD-TU05 is power control relay board for Yaskawa XRC Motoman robot controller. It manages cabinet main power contactor switching, integrates safety fuses and power status feedback circuits to secure robot power supply logic.
Model Definition
JANCD: General circuit board prefix for Yaskawa robot control cabinetsTU: Power relay control board series for XRC robot system05: Fifth standard hardware revision of power control board
Technical Parameters
DC24V control power input, built-in dual 5A safety fuses for branch overcurrent protection. Operating temperature range 0–40℃, storage temperature -20–70℃, humidity below 80%RH without condensation, IP10 protection grade for cabinet internal installation. Low power loss, mechanical relay long service life design.
Interface and Communication Configuration
Multiple CN-type plug terminals are configured. Internal connectors connect cabinet backplane to receive power enable signals from main CPU board. External wiring terminals link main contactor, safety circuit and auxiliary power branches. It adopts hard-wired signal transmission without serial communication bus, with metal contact terminals for strong current loops.
Core Functions
Carry out power-on and power-off relay actions to control pull-in and disconnection of the main power contactor. Provide overcurrent protection via built-in fuses to avoid damage to servo and main control boards under short-circuit conditions. Collect real-time conduction status of power loop and send abnormal power fault signals to the main CPU for alarm output. Suppress instantaneous surge current during power switching.
Application Scenarios
Special supporting hardware for Yaskawa XRC robot control cabinet, compatible with Motoman UP, HP, EA series multi-axis industrial robots. Applied to automatic welding, material handling, parts assembly, grinding and coating robotic production lines, used as maintenance spare parts for power circuit faults.
Operation and Maintenance Instructions
Cut off the cabinet total power supply and wait 10 minutes for full capacitor discharge before disassembly or wiring. Keep the cabinet ventilated and dry to prevent welding smoke, oil mist and dust from corroding relay contacts. Regularly check all plug terminals for looseness and oxidation. Blow surface dust with dry compressed air every three months. Replace blown fuses only with 5A identical-specification parts; replace the entire board if relay sticking or repeated power circuit short faults occur.
