Description

Product Brief

JANCD-XEW01 is a dedicated analog welding interface board for Yaskawa XRC/NX100 Motoman robot controllers. It transmits welding analog signals and welder status feedback to realize precise welding parameter regulation with 12-bit high-resolution signal processing.

Model Definition

JANCD: General circuit board prefix for Yaskawa robot control cabinet;
XEW: External welding analog signal interface series for XRC robot system;
01: First-generation standard welding signal processing hardware version.

Technical Parameters

DC24V signal power supply, equipped with 3-channel 12-bit analog output channels. Operating temperature 0–40℃, maximum ambient humidity 80%RH without condensation. Cabinet plug-in installation, protection grade IP10, built-in anti-surge and EMI filtering circuits, overall weight about 0.48kg.

Interface and Communication Configuration

Internal backplane connector communicates with robot main CPU board via dedicated internal bus. External CN terminal block connects welding power source, carrying analog control signals and welder fault status input signals. Onboard LED indicators display channel signal output and communication running state in real time, supporting differential signal anti-interference transmission.

Core Functions

Output analog signals to adjust welding current, wire feeding speed and retraction parameters. Collect real-time welder state signals including arc loss, wire blockage and gas shortage, and upload fault information to robot main control unit. Built-in signal short-circuit and open-circuit self-diagnosis, stable analog signal output to guarantee consistent welding quality during long-cycle operation.

Application Scenarios

Exclusively matched with Yaskawa XRC and NX100 series Motoman robot cabinets, widely applied in automated robotic welding production lines including automotive body welding, metal component spot welding, structural part arc welding and precision hardware welding stations.

Operation and Maintenance Instructions

Cut off the robot cabinet main power and wait 10 minutes for internal capacitance discharge before plugging or wiring the board. Keep the cabinet dry and ventilated to prevent welding smoke, oil mist and metal dust from covering circuit traces. Regularly inspect external welding wiring terminals for looseness or oxidation. Clean board surface dust with dry compressed air every three months, replace the board promptly if continuous analog signal deviation or communication alarm occurs.
