YASKAWA UGRMEM-01SNQ12 dedicated memory expansion PCB

UGRMEM-01SNQ12 is an original Yaskawa dedicated memory expansion PCB, specially designed for Motoman XRC robot controllers and YASNAC CNC control systems. It provides data cache and permanent storage space for system operating programs, mechanical origin parameters, servo setting data, user editing programs and fault history information of robot and numerical control equipment. The board is installed via plug-in gold finger structure on the main backplane slot inside control cabinet, matching perfectly with previously listed cabinet accessories including SZRCR-NTU02 power supply unit and SL series terminal bases. This memory board is widely used for maintenance replacement of arc welding, handling robots and Miyano TSV series CNC machining centers. Original mass production has been terminated; available stock mainly consists of pre-tested used and refurbished spare components for aftermarket equipment repair.

Description

Product Brief

UGRMEM-01SNQ12 is Yaskawa Minertia ultra-low inertia AC servo motor with 100W rated power. Built-in high-resolution serial encoder, it features fast response and precise positioning for light-load high-speed automated equipment.

Model Definition

UGRMEM: Minertia low-inertia servo motor series;
01: Rated output power 100W;
S: Standard shaft specification;
N: Standard brake-free configuration;
Q12: Customized encoder and wiring terminal hardware version.

Technical Parameters

Rated power 100W, rated voltage single-phase 200V AC. Rated torque 0.32N·m, maximum speed 4500r/min, ultra-low rotor inertia for rapid acceleration/deceleration. Matched serial encoder with high position resolution, operating temperature 0–55℃, storage temperature -20–85℃, protection grade IP65, insulation class F.

Interface and Communication Configuration

Motor power connector transmits power winding signals; dedicated encoder connector feeds real-time position and speed feedback to matched SGDA series servo drives. Encoder adopts serial differential signal transmission with anti-interference performance, supporting RS422 signal interaction with servo amplifier for closed-loop motion control.

Core Functions

Ultra-small rotor inertia realizes ultra-fast dynamic response and short positioning settling time. Supports full closed-loop position, speed and torque control matched with corresponding servo drivers. Built-in overheat and overcurrent internal protection, stable low-speed operation without jitter, adaptable to frequent start-stop reciprocating motion.

Application Scenarios

Suitable for high-speed light precision automation equipment, including micro electronic assembly machines, desktop dispensing equipment, miniature testing platforms, small labeling devices and precision textile processing machinery.

Operation and Maintenance Instructions

Cut off the power of matched servo drive before disassembly or wiring, wait 10 minutes for capacitor discharge. Avoid heavy impact on motor shaft and encoder end. Regularly check power and encoder connectors for looseness or oil contamination. Prevent long-time overload operation. Clean motor surface dust every three months, replace damaged encoder cables immediately when position deviation alarms appear.
