CIMR-M5N2022 belongs to discontinued Yaskawa VARISPEED VS-626M5 exclusive CNC spindle inverter series, designed for digital bus connection with YASNAC / FANUC CNC systems via YENET1200 proprietary bus protocol. It needs matching MR5 series common rectifier unit to supply shared DC bus power, widely used for maintenance replacement of vintage Japanese machining centers, vertical milling and precision grinding machines; original production has been permanently discontinued by Yaskawa, only refurbished/second-hand stock available now.

Analog voltage, current and multi-step speed terminal control are reserved as backup debugging mode. Closed-loop speed regulation precision ≤±0.1% of rated speed to guarantee high-precision cutting performance.

Open-frame IP00 protection grade with built-in forced-air cooling fan, must be installed inside electrical control cabinet only.
