It supports single-slot hot-swappable backplane plug-in without shutting down the entire DCS system, and integrates multi-stage surge suppression, overvoltage, overcurrent, reverse polarity and short-circuit protection circuits. Built-in multi-group LED status indicators for power supply, bus link, redundant channel and fault alarm, facilitating on-site maintenance and rapid fault location. This expansion module significantly improves the expandability, fault tolerance and continuous operation reliability of super-large Ovation DCS platforms, effectively cutting unplanned production downtime and maintenance costs.
