4256A41G01 belongs to Westinghouse Emerson 4256 series Ovation WDPF distributed control system, serving as a dedicated analog signal conditioning and front-end acquisition board matched with system remote I/O racks and MRC main remote control modules. This card realizes filtering, isolation, amplification and impedance matching of on-site analog signals such as 4-20mA current, 0-10V voltage, thermal resistance and thermocouple signals, converting weak field analog signals into standard digital sampling signals identifiable by the DCS main control unit. Description

The board adopts multi-layer high-temperature resistant FR-4 industrial PCB with full enclosed electromagnetic shielding layout, and each signal channel is equipped with 1000V AC/DC galvanic isolation between field wiring terminals and internal logic circuits to suppress electromagnetic interference generated by inverters, high-voltage switchgears and large rotating equipment in thermal power, petrochemical and metallurgical heavy industrial sites. Every module passes strict factory verification including 72-hour high-low temperature cyclic aging, full-channel signal accuracy calibration, long-time full-load communication burn-in and channel fault simulation test. It supports single-slot hot-swappable installation without shutting down the entire DCS system, and integrates multi-level hardware protections including surge suppression, overvoltage, overcurrent, reverse polarity and short-circuit prevention. Built-in independent LED diagnostic indicators display power supply, bus communication status and single-channel fault alarms, supporting rapid on-site troubleshooting, improving the precision and stability of field analog data acquisition, and reducing signal distortion and measurement failure risks caused by complex on-site wiring environments.
