It supports single-slot hot-swappable installation without shutting down the entire DCS system, and integrates multi-level hardware protection circuits: surge suppression, overvoltage protection, overcurrent protection, reverse polarity prevention and short-circuit protection. Independent LED diagnostic indicators display power supply status, bus link condition and single-channel sensor fault alarms for rapid on-site troubleshooting, greatly improving the accuracy and stability of long-term temperature monitoring in industrial process control.
