Description
CRISTIE Analogue Ringing Board CRISTIE Analogue Ringing Board is rack plug-in marine telephone analogue ringing printed circuit board, designed for Cristie marine public address and telephone intercom system, widely fitted onboard cargo vessels, tankers and offshore platforms for generating AC ringing signal for ship telephone stations. This marine analogue ringing PCB generates ringing voltage and tone signal to activate the ringer of field telephone instruments, supporting selective call and group call functions for vessel internal communication network. The marine ringing board integrates signal oscillator, power amplification circuit, surge protection and watchdog monitoring, supports ringing frequency adjustment and fault event logging for marine onboard telephone system supervision. Its ringing signal generation & hardware diagnostics function continuously monitors 24V DC power supply, field telephone wiring and backplane bus integrity, detects line short circuit, signal loss and hardware failure, transmits communication system fault alerts and operating status to vessel AMS alarm console. The ringing signal generation & hardware diagnostics ensures reliable ringing tone output for marine shipboard telephone intercom system. It enables reliable marine Cristie analogue ringing board operation under heavy vessel vibration and salt mist marine environments.
This Cristie analogue ringing board delivers stable marine analogue ringing printed circuit board performance installed inside vessel communication control cabinet. The ringing signal generation & hardware diagnostics adopts marine-grade PCB substrate with EMC shielding against electromagnetic interference and mechanical shock. Marine communication technicians rely on marine Cristie analogue ringing board operation to verify ringing voltage output, test telephone call activation and inspect PCB card during routine maintenance. It adopts rack edge connector plug-in design for straightforward spare replacement and minimal marine telephone intercom system downtime. Internal circuit boards use conformal coating to protect electronic components against salt mist, condensation and temperature fluctuation. It works cooperatively with main telephone controller, field telephone sets and ship integrated alarm monitoring system. It is widely used as communication spare hardware for Cristie marine vessel internal telephone and intercom control system maintenance and retrofit projects.
