VARCO DRILLING SYSTEMS 92453 SCR INTERFACE II PRINTED CIRCUIT BOARD is a rack plug-in control card for NOV Varco top drive drilling SCR silicon controlled rectifier drive control systems on offshore drilling rigs. This SCR interface board continuously processes control signals, current feedback and firing pulse commands to regulate SCR power output for top drive motor speed and torque control. The top drive control system relies on this PCB to execute closed-loop motor regulation, over-current protection and machinery fault alarm logic.
