ABB SACE TMAX T7D 1250 panel mounted marine 3-pole moulded case circuit breaker T7D 1250 for vessel low voltage power distribution protection system

Description

ABB SACE TMAX T7D 1250 3-POLE CIRCUIT BREAKER
ABB SACE TMAX T7D 1250 is panel mounted marine 3-pole moulded case circuit breaker, designed for ABB low voltage power distribution system, widely fitted onboard cargo vessels, tankers and offshore platforms for main power distribution overload and short-circuit protection. This marine moulded case circuit breaker is rated 1250A, provides overcurrent, short circuit and earth fault protection for marine main busbar and heavy power feeders, isolating faulty circuits automatically to safeguard vessel power distribution network. The marine circuit breaker integrates thermal-magnetic trip unit, arc quenching chamber, mechanical trip indicator and auxiliary contact interface, supports local manual operation, fault indication and remote trip signal output for power system supervision. Its power protection & hardware diagnostics function continuously monitors circuit current and internal contact status, detects overload, short circuit and abnormal temperature rise, transmits breaker fault alerts and operating status to vessel AMS alarm console. The power protection & hardware diagnostics ensures reliable circuit isolation and fault protection for marine low voltage power distribution system. It enables reliable marine T7D 1250 circuit breaker operation under heavy vessel vibration and salt mist marine environments.

This ABB SACE TMAX T7D 1250 circuit breaker delivers stable marine 3-pole moulded case circuit breaker performance installed inside vessel main switchboard cabinet. The power protection & hardware diagnostics adopts marine-grade insulated housing with EMC shielding against electromagnetic interference and mechanical shock. Marine electrical technicians rely on marine T7D 1250 circuit breaker operation to test trip function, check contact condition and verify protection settings during routine maintenance. It adopts panel mounting design for straightforward spare replacement and minimal marine power distribution system downtime. Internal components use anti-corrosion treatment to protect against salt mist, condensation and temperature fluctuation. It works cooperatively with vessel busbar, power cables and ship integrated alarm monitoring system. It is widely used as power protection spare hardware for ABB marine low voltage main power distribution control system maintenance and retrofit projects.
