Description
JRCS GMS-M203A FREQUENCY PCB CARD
JRCS GMS-M203A is rack plug-in marine frequency measurement printed circuit board, designed for JRCS D2 generator monitoring and power management system, widely fitted onboard cargo vessels, tankers and offshore platforms for generator frequency signal acquisition, isolation and conversion. This marine frequency PCB receives pulse signals from generator speed pickups and voltage frequency sensors, converts raw frequency pulses into digital measurement data and transmits processed readings to the main controller for genset frequency supervision and synchronising control. The marine frequency interface card integrates frequency evaluation circuit, surge protection, galvanic isolation and watchdog monitoring, supports frequency measurement, fault logging and synchronisation interlock function for marine generator parallel control applications. Its frequency measurement & hardware diagnostics function continuously monitors 24V DC power supply, field sensor wiring and backplane bus integrity, detects signal loss, pulse fault and hardware malfunction, transmits frequency module fault alerts and generator frequency status to vessel AMS alarm console. The frequency measurement & hardware diagnostics ensures accurate frequency monitoring for marine ship generator power management system. It enables reliable marine GMS-M203A frequency PCB operation under heavy vessel vibration and salt mist marine environments.
This JRCS GMS-M203A frequency PCB delivers stable marine frequency measurement printed circuit board performance installed inside vessel generator control cabinet. The frequency measurement & hardware diagnostics adopts marine-grade PCB substrate with EMC shielding against electromagnetic interference and mechanical shock. Marine electrical technicians rely on marine GMS-M203A PCB operation to verify pulse signal input, test frequency calculation and inspect card status during routine maintenance. It adopts rack edge connector plug-in design for straightforward spare replacement and minimal marine generator monitoring system downtime. Internal circuit boards use conformal coating to protect electronic components against salt mist, condensation and temperature fluctuation. It works cooperatively with generator speed pickups, voltage transducers and ship integrated alarm monitoring system. It is widely used as frequency interface spare hardware for JRCS marine genset frequency and synchronisation power management control system maintenance and retrofit projects.
