Description

HANO VEXTA 0B-117B-101 TELEG PRINT BOARD REV.3 PCB
HANO VEXTA 0B-117B-101 is rack plug-in marine telegraph printed circuit board, designed for vessel marine engine order telegraph (EOT) system, widely fitted onboard cargo vessels, offshore DP vessels and heavy-lift ships for bridge-engine room telegraph signal transmission and direction/order indication control. This marine telegraph PCB receives lever command signals from wheelhouse telegraph unit, processes order signals such as ahead, astern, stop and standby, drives front panel LED indicators to synchronously display engine orders between bridge and engine control room.

The marine telegraph PCB integrates multi-channel digital input circuit, LED driving circuit, surge protection and watchdog monitoring function, supports telegraph order memory, fault logging and emergency order interlock functions complying with marine classification society EOT safety requirements. Its telegraph signal & hardware diagnostics function continuously monitors 24V DC power supply, field control wiring and backplane connector integrity, detects signal loss, communication dropout and component failure, transmits telegraph board fault alerts and operating status to vessel AMS alarm console. The telegraph signal & hardware diagnostics ensures reliable bridge-engine room engine order transmission for marine vessel telegraph safety system. It enables reliable marine 0B-117B-101 telegraph PCB operation under heavy vessel vibration and salt mist marine environments.

This HANO VEXTA telegraph print board delivers stable marine engine order telegraph control performance installed inside vessel telegraph control cabinet. The telegraph signal & hardware diagnostics adopts marine-grade PCB substrate with EMC shielding against electromagnetic interference and mechanical shock. Marine automation technicians rely on marine 0B-117B-101 PCB operation to test order input signals, verify LED indication and inspect backplane communication during routine maintenance. It adopts rack edge plug-in connector design for straightforward spare replacement and minimal marine telegraph system downtime. Internal circuit boards use conformal coating to protect electronic components against salt mist, condensation and temperature fluctuation. It works cooperatively with wheelhouse telegraph lever unit and ship integrated alarm monitoring system. It is widely used as telegraph control spare hardware for HANO marine vessel engine order telegraph control system maintenance and retrofit projects.
