SCHNEIDER ELECTRIC BCH1302N32A1C flange mounted marine Lexium BCH series 1kW AC servo motor IP65 for vessel deck machinery multi-axis servo motion control system

Description

SCHNEIDER ELECTRIC BCH1302N32A1C BCH SERVO MOTOR 1KW IP65
SCHNEIDER ELECTRIC BCH1302N32A1C is flange mounted marine Lexium BCH series AC servo motor, designed for Schneider Lexium 23 servo motion control system, widely fitted onboard cargo vessels, offshore DP platforms and heavy-lift ships for multi-axis torque, speed and closed-loop position regulation. This marine 1kW servo motor is fitted with high-resolution 20-bit incremental encoder, accepts variable-frequency power output from matched Lexium servo drive and converts electrical power into continuous rotary mechanical power for deck crane and marine mechanical positioning applications.

The marine BMH / BCH servo motor integrates built-in winding thermal sensor, wear-resistant shaft keyway and robust waterproof IP65 connector assembly, supports dynamic response parameter tuning, fault memory logging and emergency stop interlock function for continuous heavy-duty marine machinery operation. Its servo motion feedback & hardware diagnostics function continuously monitors motor winding temperature, encoder feedback signal and internal coil integrity, detects winding overheat, encoder signal loss and mechanical seizure fault, transmits servo motor fault alerts and machinery operating status to vessel AMS alarm console. The servo motion feedback & hardware diagnostics ensures accurate dynamic positioning control for Lexium BCH marine servo drive system. It enables reliable marine BCH1302N32A1C servo motor operation under heavy vessel vibration and salt mist marine environments.

This Schneider BCH1302N32A1C servo motor delivers stable marine Lexium BMH/BMH series servo performance installed on vessel deck machinery mechanical base frame. The servo motion feedback & hardware diagnostics adopts marine-grade cast alloy motor housing with EMC shielding against electromagnetic interference and mechanical shock. Marine automation technicians rely on marine BCH1302N32A1C motor operation to inspect shaft rotation condition, test encoder feedback and verify thermal protection during routine maintenance. It adopts standard flange mounting design for straightforward spare replacement and minimal marine deck machinery servo control system downtime. Internal rotor, winding and encoder components use anti-corrosion treatment to protect against salt mist, condensation and temperature fluctuation. It works cooperatively with Lexium servo amplifier, mechanical reducer and ship integrated alarm monitoring system. It is widely used as servo motor spare hardware for Schneider marine vessel deck machinery multi-axis motion control system maintenance and retrofit projects.
