8. Troubleshooting

• All OUT LEDs OFF: Check backplane, module seating, or ACTIVE LED

• ACTIVE OFF: Module not recognized; reseat or check backplane

• F (Red) ON: Blown group fuse or loss of field power

• OUT LED ON but load not energized: Check field wiring, load, or group fuse

• Erratic Operation: Poor grounding, noise, or overvoltage

• Coating Note: Do not apply additional conformal coating; factory coating is sufficient
